We are able to offer our services completely free because we earn a referral fee from the buyer’s agents we recommend. This fee is paid by the agent, not by you, ensuring that our services remain completely free for buyers.

Agents only pay us when they assist you in any part of your property-buying journey. This means we’re motivated to find the right agent to suit your needs.

3. What will I receive if I use your service?

When you make an enquiry through our find a buyer’s agent form, our agent analysis is manually produced and is custom tailored to you and your needs and preferences. It is a recommendation of individual buyer’s agents (not just agencies).

We provide you with a unique dashboard where you will be able to access information on each of the recommended agents, as well as a buyers guide, including useful interview questions to ask each agent when you speak to them for the first time.

6. What if I do not like any of the buyer’s agents recommended?

No problem. You are not obliged to talk to any agents. We are happy to assist you in providing further information in your property buying journey. The very vast majority of our customers appreciate the value and analysis we provide and ask to be introduced to 1-3 agents.

7. How does Buyers Agent Seeker assess who the top agents are?

All active buyer’s agents on our platform are initially considered. We then use a combination of customer needs data, agent rating and our very own performance metrics to make our recommendations to you.

8. How many agents will Buyers Agent Seeker introduce to me?

The number of agents we introduce depends on your specific needs and the stage of your property search. Typically, we begin by connecting you with 3 agents initially. After gathering your feedback, we refine our search criteria and may introduce additional agents for you to consider. 

Our goal is to ensure that we find the right agent who aligns with your preferences and requirements, so we’re flexible in adjusting our recommendations until we achieve the best fit for you.

9. So, how does Buyers Agent Seeker make money?

Our main source of income is a referral fee we receive from the agent (usually between 5% – 20% of the commission they charge), and this is only paid if they successfully engage with you in assisting in the buying process. 

10. Will the buyer’s agents you introduce me to charge me more or pass on the fee?

No, when working with us, agents are required to adhere to our terms and conditions, clearly stating that they are prohibited from transferring the referral fee to you.

11. Why do agents use Buyers Agent Seeker instead of finding their own clients?

Most buyer’s agents do also promote their own services as well. However finding the right prospects can be time consuming and expensive, and are taken away from their core business, often targeting people who aren’t even in the market of buying property. Buyers Agent Seeker gives agents more opportunities to work with truly motivated buyers.

12. Why do you need my phone number?

Very fair question. We only provide our services to real people who are actually interested in our services. So we use your phone number to get in contact with you directly to better understand your needs. We will only pass on your phone number to the recommended agents once you’ve given us explicit consent.

No! Absolutely not! We’ll never sell or pass on your personal information (name, email or phone number) to any third parties. We only use your information to pair you up with the most appropriate buyer’s agents on our platform, and we only share these details with the agents once we’ve received explicit approval from you.

14. Can I just call the agents myself?

In order to provide you with our research, technology and personalised service at no cost, we rely on receiving compensation from the buyer’s agents who benefit from our services. Hence, we kindly request your cooperation in permitting us to initiate the initial introduction to the agents. This ensures that they are aware that you utilised our service to assist you in finding an excellent agent.

15. Can I exclude agents from the process?

Of course! If there’s an agent you don’t want to speak to or wish for us not not to contact, let us know in our initial conversation with you, and we’ll make sure they aren’t included. 

16. What if I’ve already contacted an agent?

If you have already reached out to an agent, please inform us during our conversation. We always ask this question to ensure we provide you with the most relevant agent recommendations. This helps avoid any redundancy in communication, saving both your time and the agents’. It ensures we focus on connecting you with agents who align with your needs and preferences the best.
